CIO of Hardwick Capital Management, LLC since June 2003, Bill graduated from Ball State University in 1994 with a BS in Accounting and Corporate Finance. Bill graduated from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2002, earning his Juris Doctorate in Law. He has been advising clients since 1997. He passed both the NASAA Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and the NASD Series 7, General Securities Representative Examination in 1997. He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1998 after starting his career with Price Waterhouse, LLP in 1994. He is currently a Registered Investment Adviser Representative of Hardwick Capital Management, LLC.

Investment Adviser Representative of Hardwick Capital Management, LLC since August 2025, Will graduated from Clemson University in 2025 with a BS in Financial Management and Minor in Accounting. He passed the NASAA Series 65, Uniform Investment Adviser Representative Examination in 2025. He is currently a Registered Investment Adviser Representative of Hardwick Capital Management, LLC.

CEO of Hardwick Capital Management, LLC since June 2003, Ken graduated from Ball State University in 1965 with a BS in Social Science. Ken started advising clients on their investments in 1988 after gaining 20 years experience in the Banking/Finance industry. He passed both the NASAA Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and the NASD Series 6, Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative Examination in July 1988. He passed the Registered Investment Adviser Representative Examination in 2006. He is currently a licensed insurance agent/broker in Indiana and a Registered Investment Adviser Representative of Hardwick Capital Management, LLC.
